Why We Built This Site
Nebraska provides public access to many court records, yet the Keya Paha route changes with the case. Roxanne Philben, the Keya Paha County Court Clerk, handles county-court registers of actions. Suzy Wentworth, the Keya Paha District Court Clerk, is the district-court contact. Nebraska JUSTICE case information supplies the statewide online layer. This site brings together the official contacts, search paths, record terms, and request steps needed to distinguish those routes.
What You Will Find Here
- Register guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are located and read in Keya Paha County
- Dates and settings: how to use the court calendar and verify a hearing setting with the right clerk
- Case lookups: how to perform a case search by name or case number through Nebraska JUSTICE
- Copy requests: how to seek court records and certified copies from the clerk that maintains the case
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not a Nebraska court, clerk's office, or government agency. Our role has clear limits:
- We cannot obtain an official register of actions or case file for a visitor
- We cannot set, alter, continue, or confirm a hearing on behalf of a court
- We cannot seal, remove, or revise a case record
- We cannot produce a certified copy of a docket, order, or other court document
- We cannot provide legal advice or interpret the effect of a particular case
- We cannot promise that a listed fee, office detail, or setting has not changed
Only the clerk or court maintaining a case can provide its official or certified record. This site can identify the proper route, but it cannot supply the document.
Search Partners
Some pages include search tools supplied by third parties. Those providers operate their own services and establish their own prices. A completed paid sign-up may generate a referral fee for this site. We do not control a provider's charges or the material it returns.
